Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
What Mezz is
Mezz (mezz.video) is a video review tool that works on top of your Google Drive. By using Mezz you agree to these terms.
Your content
Your videos are yours. They stay in your Google Drive under your control, and Mezz claims no ownership of them or of the comments you and your reviewers create. You are responsible for the content you share and for having the rights to share it.
Review links
Review links give anyone who has them access to watch and comment on the linked video. Treat them like the keys they are: share them only with people you want watching, and revoke them when you're done. Review links are for private, small-audience feedback — Mezz is not a content distribution or hosting platform.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Mezz to distribute illegal content or infringe others' rights
- Don't attempt to access other users' data or probe the service's security
- Don't use Mezz as a CDN or for broad public distribution of video
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Service
Mezz is provided "as is," without warranties. Playback depends on Google Drive's availability, which we don't control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mezz's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as Mezz evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Mezz after a change means you accept the new terms.
